- Preheat oven to

- For dough, combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter.

- Beat egg into sour cream. Stir into flour mixture. Stir in sugar. Knead
- dough until well mixed and smooth.

- Roll dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Line a casserole or
- rectangular cake pan with dough, and bring dough part way up sides.

- For filling, beat eggs at high speed until thickened. Slowly beat in sugar,
- beating until mixture piles softly.

- Press cheese through a sieve. Beat cheese with butter, salt, vanilla
- extract, and lemon peel.

- Fold eggs into cheese mixture. Stir in orange peel and raisins.

- Spread preserves over bottom of prepared crust in pan.

- Turn cheese mixture into pan.
